What tutu colors are available?

We carry over 50 radiant colors for the most divine custom tutu! Please view our extensive color chart for details on all colors. Can't decide on a favorite color? Feel free to mix colors too at no additional charge, including our fantastic "color block" tutus.

What size tutu should I order?

What length should I order?

Here at TuTu Girl, the word "length" is synonomous with "style." We have 4 lengths to choose. Need a length now different than these styles? No problem! Our CUSTOM Tutu Collection is where you need to shop!

POOFY Tutus are approximately 8" long; CLASSIC tutus are approximately 10" long; PRINCESS tutus are approximately 14" long; PRIMA tutus are approximately 18" long;PORTRAIT tutus are approximately 22" long.

Can I order a style that is shown on your website as sample tutu pictures?

Absolutely! Please visit our PRE-DESIGNED Tutu Collection and locate the tutu you love.

What type of hair clip should I order?

We offer two types of standard clips: pinch clips and French barrettes. Pinch clips are perfect for girls with thinner hair and are very easy for a child to take on and off all by herself. French barrettes are great for girls with a lot of hair, but usually requires the assistance or mom or dad to put on or take off.

How much is shipping?

All items will ship either by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as a courtesy to you. Delivery confirmation is only available for packages traveling within the continental USA. You will receive a tracking number, and this number will show when the item left our premise. Please note that TuTu Girl is NOT responsible for lost packages in the event something happens in transit, whether they are lost or delayed. To protect your special purchase, we suggest you pay the extra money and insure your package. International shipments do NOT follow this shipping schedule but will follow the Global Priority or Global Express shipping pricing. Please be advised that Global Express is the only option available that is insurable for international packages. When can I expect to receive my order?

For details regarding our current shipping time frame, please refer to our home page. If nothing is indicated, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your tutu. Please keep in made that TuTu Girl tutus are handmade, made-to-order on a first come-first serve basis. We don't sacrifice quality for time! If you have any concerns or know you need your tutu(s) sooner, please e-mail us directly BEFORE you order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

How do I clean my tutu?

We recommenend spot cleaning - first, especially if your tutu has embellishements! Embellishments may not always hold up perfectly after full machine washing. However, if you feel that you still need to wash your tutu, simple use a warm or cold gentile cycle. Iron using a cool setting to avoid melting your tulle. A garment bag would also be a wise choice to use due to the nature of tulle.

What are some uses for a tutu?

Tutus are perfect for dance class, of course, but that isn't the only use! A tutu is gorgeous in a portrait as it creates such elegance. Does Tutu Girl accept returns?

Since all tutus are custom made, all sales are final. The only time we accept returns is if we made a mistake by sending the wrong size or color. Under pre-approved circumstances, we may accept a return, but there is a 20% restocking fee. Once an order as processed, as sales are final.
